Client Onboarding Process
DISCOVERY & CONSULTATION
You begin your journey by filling out a questionnaire, allowing me to understand your preferences, inspirations, and brand vision. In the discovery call, we discuss your responses in detail, identifying branding challenges and aligning on desired outcomes, timeline, budget, and pricing options.
PROPOSAL & ONBOARDING
After our discussion, I present a tailored contract that outlines the project scope, deliverables to ensure transparency and alignment. Once you approve the contract and sign, we finalize and collect a deposit to secure your project in my calendar.
DESIGN & DELIVERY
I initiate the design process by presenting initial concepts for your feedback, allowing me to refine and perfect the designs to match your vision. Upon final approval, the remaining payment is received, and I deliver all project files. A seamless offboarding process is just as important as the onboarding!
